Mile High Multisport 2009 .. THANK YOU

On behalf of the coaching staff at Mile High Multisport "Thank you" for a tremendous year. We are truly humbled to be involved in each of your athletic successes. We began the year in Las Vegas at The Rage in The Sage race and ended at Ironman Arizona. We had athletes racing at the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Olympic Worlds held in Australia as well as many point in between. We were blessed to be in a position to aide two fellow competitors when we raised $25,000 in one day. These funds continue to provide both athletes with some much needed financial comfort during these trying times. In 2010 we will support a new Charity, Kids Caring 4 Kids which supports Aids Orphans in and other vulnerable kids in Africa. We understand each of you has a wide variety of coaches to select from and appreciate your faith in our abilities to guide you as you pursue your athletic goals and dreams. Best wishes to each of you for a healthy and safe holiday season and a 2010 filled with personal bests.

Cabbage Head Duathlon & Highlands Ranch Tune Up Results











BIG SKY DUATHLON:

The ladies of Mile High (see top photo), Coach Kathy, Susan Johnson, Susie Wargin and Dawn Leget made their presence know at the Big Sky Duathlon on Saturday. Susan Johnson lead the way posting a 1:22.42 (10th women overall and 12st in her age group. Coach Kathy (3rd in her age group, 13th overall) followed in 1:24.03 with Susie Wargin hot on her heals in 1:24.41 (3rd in her age group, FIRST time on the podium!! and 18th overall). Dawn Leget finish in 1:34.53 with a 9th place age group finish and 52nd place overall!! NICE JOB LADIES!!!!

H.R.C.A. Tune Up Sprint:

Leslie Lobojko, Susan Brasears and Jeff & Lori Liedy represented MHM at the HRCA tune up sprint. Leslie lead the group with a time of 1:14.20 and a 3rd place age group finish. Jeff Liedy followed in 1:17.20 and a 14th age group finish. Susan Brashear posted a 1:34.24 and Lori Liedy brought home a 1:52.48 finish. It was great to see you all out racing!!!
